Sustainable Agriculture, is coordinated by .Samuel Chimbarara This programme focuses on training communities in ecological land use practices, climate-resilient farming techniques, and food sovereignty strategies. Activities include farmer field schools, seed saving initiatives, agro-ecological demonstrations, and research into indigenous farming methods. Target beneficiaries include smallholder farmers, women headed households, and youth interested in agricultural livelihoods. CELUO advanced agroecology by organising field days and a Good Seed and Food Festivals, promoting traditional foods and small grains. Farmers received livelihoods support for poultry, goat farming, fish ponds and reforestation, rehabilitating of damaged landscapes.

Under Sustainable Agriculture, Chikukwa Ecological Land Use Organisation implemented a community-led project titled "Reversing Land Degradation: Community-led Landscape Management and Rehabilitation in Chikukwa." The project was funded by Global Environment Facility Small Grants Programme (GEF SGP). Its goal is to restore landscapes damaged by the cyclone and improve the lives of the people who depend on them. This is the story of that journey, told in three parts.

Child Protection is managed by Phineas Chikoshana. Our safeguarding frameworks, community based child welfare initiatives, and our commitment to creating safe environments for vulnerable children. We will reference our key child safeguarding policies, which will be available for download as part of our published key policies. Activities include community awareness campaigns on child rights, training of community child protection committees, case management and referral pathways, and school-based protection programmes. Target beneficiaries include children at risk of abuse, neglect, and exploitation, as well as their caregivers and community leaders. CELUO fosters safe school environments in Chimanimani through District Child Protection Committee meetings and joint monitoring visits. At ward-level, it trains case management and also has a Junior Council that empowers learners in decision-making. It supports examination fees, travel for medical care, foster care assessments and blankets for vulnerable children.

Peace Building and Community Cohesion is led by Johanes Mufakosi. This section will describe our work in conflict resolution, dialogue facilitation, social reconciliation, and disaster recovery support, particularly in communities affected by natural disasters and social fragmentation. Activities include peace committees, inter community dialogue forums, trauma healing and psychosocial support, and advocacy for social justice. Target beneficiaries include community members affected by conflict, internally displaced persons, traditional leaders, and local governance structures. For each programme, we will feature case studies and testimonials from past participants to illustrate real world application and effectiveness. Professional photographs and project images will accompany each programme section to create a vivid and engaging user experience. CELUO established fifteen village-based peace circles across twelve wards, mediating water and land disputes including abandoned garden projects and irrigation conflicts. A network of twelve Healing Friends was trained to address trauma and stigma. Youth empowerment features skills workshops and sports for peace events tackling substance abuse, gender-based violence and early marriage.
